Administration/Support

Now that your system is up and running, we highly recommend our Managed Services to monitor and manage your network.  Hands down, it’s the best way to keep your system up and running in the best condition possible.  Our ability to manage your network remotely keeps our costs – and therefore yours – down to absolute minimums.

We’ll be there to help with the day-to-day administration of your network and we’ll be available to add or remove users, printers, machines and network devices.  We’ll also make sure that you are protected from viruses and malware by employing security measures that are designed to keep you safe from harm.

In the event that there are the inevitable hardware failures or outages, well be there to troubleshoot and provide the support you need on a timely basis.  Downtime will be kept to an absolute minimum.

After your system is up and running, you will have a centralized point of contact, giving you a single resource to call on for follow-up administration and to perform hardware and application installations or upgrades. You can reach the individuals directly responsible for installing and configuring your machines for support.

These are other ongoing services we can provide:

  • Operating system upgrades
  • New application installations
  • Application upgrades
  • New hardware installations
  • System reconfigurations
  • Addition of new users
  • Security modifications

Technical Support

We provide technical support for Windows 7/8/10, Macintosh OS clients, Windows Server 2008/2012, including Hyper-V and Clustering, Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016, major applications, hardware solutions from Cisco, IBM, HP and Dell, and other major vendors.

System Audit

System performance can have a dramatic impact on your bottom line. Systems that are not performing up to par are costing you hundreds—if not thousands—of dollars each year in lost productivity. We can audit your existing system to determine whether or not it is operating at its optimum. At the same time, we can establish the feasibility of an upgrade, if warranted.

Software Audits

According to the Business Software Alliance (BSA), software piracy costs businesses billions in lost revenue each year. A few of the recommendations of the BSA are that all businesses and consumers ensure legal use of software by:

  • Adopting corporate policies on software compliance
  • Auditing computers for illegal copies of software
  • Documenting purchases of software and understand licensing agreements
  • Develop routine software audits

In co-operation with your staff, we can help you collect the information necessary to document and ensure legal compliance of installed software.

System Documentation

Documentation outlining systems, software, or network configurations can be provided as a deliverable upon completion of any installation, change, audit, or upgrade to your information system. Up-to-date information can be invaluable in the unlikely event of a disaster recovery. Too often, this area is overlooked and can result in delays that extend the recovery process. You can benefit from the added security of knowing that your system is fully documented.
